Q1: Will you accept order with quantity less than your suggested
minimum?
A: Well ,it depends, if your project is not big in scale, please
contact our marketing staff for discussion, we will try our best to
make it happen.
Q2: What design or artwork can I provide?
A: Belows are the artwork requirements for your refference:
| File format | Tiff, eps, ai, jpg, psd, cdr,bmp etc. |
| Artwrok size | Full size (1:1) or more with 3-5mm bleeding edge for diecut |
| Resolution (dpi) | At least 300 dpi -the better the quality, the better the outcome |
| Artwork submission | CD-ROM, DVD or by email if file size is smaller (both MAC and PC
format are acceptable) |
Q3: How long does it take or what is the delivery time?
A: Delivery time includes two part.
Part one : About 1 or 2 weeks from receiving the sample fee to its
delivery.
Part two : If the first samples are OK, it will takes 1 or 2 weeks
from mass production to delivery the goods to Ningbo/Shanghai port.
We can sometimes accommodate your needs for a faster turn-around
time.
Q4: What is your common payment terms?
A: Usually, we accept the payment belows including three parts.
Part one : Sample making fee required first.
Part two : Once the samples(proof) are passed by our clients. 30%
deposit are required when we arrange the mass production.
Part three : The balance of the money(deducting the samples fee)
are required against the copy of the BL by scanner.
We could also accept LC and other payment terms which is safe and
convenient for both buyers and us.
